The information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) towards the “interested parties” and “users” of the site.

 

Owner and Responsibility of the treatment

Purpose of the processing

Method and duration of the treatment

Personal data will be kept for a period not exceeding that linked to the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed, or on the basis of the terms of the document retention obligations (e.g. in tax and administrative matters) or the deadlines set by law. Compulsory or optional nature of providing data and consequences of failure to provide it

The provision of data marked with “*” is mandatory and necessary for the pursuit of the contractual and pre-contractual purposes described above. The provision of further data is optional. Categories of subjects involved in data processing

Rights of the interested party
